Local Multiplayer available in DBC17?

This is the first cricket game i am going to buy, before that i wanna know local mutiplayer options, Please refer some links if any you guys have. I tried google and nothing i got.

In shopping site, i says multiplayer is there, but not sure it's online or offline. Please clear my doubt.

Yes local multiplayer is supported by the game just as it was in the previous edition (DBC 14)
