Are those match ratings during friendlies or during league games?

Either match. And if you get higher, then quote my post and replace your match rating with your new one. That's how this thread works

Friendlies seem to get higher, so either the fitness or confidence levels hit the OD matches.

fitness levels. As a note on the match rating page in friendlies, 'Note that match rating in friendlies are generally higher in friendlies because of fatigue levels'.

It says something like that.
