I saw a video tutorial on the internet but mine didnt turn out anything like yours.

Basically, click on the white and black circle on the bottom of the layers pallet. Go to Gradient map, and then choose two colours, or black/white from your pic. Then change the blending mode. Basically, just mess around with the gradient maps.

Don't follow any tutorials because I didn't. Just be random, I honestly can't remember the exact steps I used.
