Most overrated/underrated clubs in Europe?

Based on the last few seasons which European clubs do you see as overrated or underrated.

In my opinion;

Overrated: Tottenham, Atletico, AC Milan
Underrated: Aston Villa, Fiorenta, Sevilla, Bordeaux (?)

How about Bordeaux? Reached the quarter finals, definitely underrated.

They have some good players, but quite a few are playing overseas (Ronaldo, Nani) and I don't think their league strength is that great... sure, Benfica beat Liverpool but I don't think they are that awesome...

Overrated: Nottingham Forest

Living in Nottingham I despise Forest. My mates are mainly Forest fans and I hate all the bullshit they claim to say about Forest. They live off their success in the 70's/80's but in actual fact they are one of the biggest failing clubs of the last few decades. I seriously hope they don't make the Premiership through the play-offs this season.
