I'm in two musicals next spring:

- West Side Story (29th Feb, 1 Mar)
Basically a 1950's US v Puerto Ricans gang version of Romeo and Juliet.
I'm playing one of the Jets and it is a school production being performed at a local theatre.

- High School Musical (16,17,18 + 19 April)
Hmm, well I expect you know what this is!! I auditioned yesterday and got into the cast, however, they aren't assigning parts yet, they'll allocate them after the first couple of rehearsals. So, I don't know who I am playing yet. This is in a bigger local theatre.

I was just wondering how many others on PC had performed in or like musical productions?

At High School i was in a lot of the plays, Sound of Music being one of the best.

Deary me, I must be a pansy.

As a pansy being the lead role in a few plays, I have to say all the female attention I received was fantastic. Isn't it ironic how women flock around the pansies eh?

If it wasn't for PE, i'd have taken Drama at GCSE level and than carried it on to Performance Studies at A level.

All i have been in is a Christmas play when i was 5 you dont dare hang around with the lads at our school who do the singing
