not bad, but depending on the new training changes i could have a w/k with better w/k and better batting, better consistency and stamina, and only 1-2 levels less concentration, by the end of the season and he is 18

in my opinion 1 mil is too much, i wouldnt pay that much for him if i had the money

I wouldn't pay that much either. Unless you'ld let him bowl in a few friendlies.

And my ground is 15K and I comfortably earn 90K each week

ya my gorund is 14700 so iget abou 80-95k a week

Mine is 21,000, but I get only around ?60,000 because I am going through a rough patch now. My league is pretty good, especially compared to others on this forum. I have probably got one of the best teams as well, next only to maybe The Falcons.
