PLUS:

+ Great player animations, that includes bowler and batsmen animations
+ Player reactions are great and look better than Cricket 2005
+ Game Graphics are clean and good. EA Sports have better ground graphics
+ Shot animations are to the point and precise
+ Swinging the ball and late swing are excellent
+ Ball spot not stopping is great feature
+ Hawkeye is a great feature
+ Appeals are decent and not dumbed down
+ Lots of gameplay options, tournaments

MINUS:

- The physics of this game are the worst, every flick shouldnt go for six or near the boundary
- When trying to hit hard the ball is hardly ever mistimed to inside the circle, it always goes to near the boundry
- Batsman never take risks, never seen them run out
- No balls should not result in lower speed, but higher like Cricket 2005
- Difference between slower and Fast Bowl should be only 10-20 Mph
- Players not having real names is not a technical issue, its a blunder
- No advance dancing down the wicket
- No Stumping
- Ball shouldnt swing so much all the time
- Ball bouncing physics act more like tennis ball cricket than hard ball cricket
- Too many slow balls by the bowler
- Leg side play is very weak, agressively the ball always goes to leg side behind the batsman for 6, hardly ever anywhere else
- Most of the shots are square of the wicket or behind the wicket, hardly ever down the pitch except for straight hit for 6 or 4
- No stats, no saving of stats
- No Autoplay option
- Saqlain mushtaq in pakistan team and Danish Kaneria is not?? why?
- The keeper removing the bails sound is horrible!
- The Ball hitting the Bails sound is horrible and fake
- The Ball hitting the Keepers glove is horrible and fake
- Game is too quick, The ball should trickle to the fielder once in a while, but it always goes like a rocket

Final Rating - 50/100

You mentioned theat almost everything goes for 4/6 atleast 10 times...
Mushtaq is there in WC, Kaneria should be in eshibition(tests only though).
I am pretty sure ball physics could be edited/stroke selection.

if i bought it for my xbox i would get Cricket 2005 but im sure Brian Lara 2006 will heed to our complains

EA Cricket 2005 is one game that you should never get it for xbox. It will be waste of your money because EA Cricket 2005 doesn't have save feature for xbox version and that's make it almost unplayable. Where as BLIC is a must get for xbox version.

I think the problem with BLIC is Simple batting and the CPU AI which is not very intelligent. This is what I have been reading, I haven't played the game so far. But still the game should deserve more than, I think it's a good game and for casual cricket fans it's a very good game to play.

are u saying that giles should bowl up to 80 and harmission upto 90

I'm pretty sure he's saying when a fast bowler bowls a slower ball the change in speed shouldn't be so drastic, not the difference in speed with a spin bowler and a fast bowler.

I have it on Xbox, and although the lack of saving option (i.e. when playing a match. You still can save tournaments, etc) is a pity, it's not a big deal. You just have to make sure that you have a couple of hours to spare when playing a test match.

Otherwise, the game rocks!
