Here is an updated England ctm, back numbers and Natwest stumps.
I've not put in a readme and the files aren't arranged to auto extract so you'd better pay attention.
The file eng.ctm goes in cricket2002/data/db
The file numbers goes in cricket2002/data/gfx/uniforms/england
The files stmp_wht.png and stmp_adv.png go in cricket2002/data/gfx/tex02a
I haven't done faces, maybe someone would like to do them otherwise change the faces in the folder cricket2002/data/gfx/faces/england to match up as best you can.

Hey Andrew, I had to put his glasses back into position. Look at the pic you posted. His glasses have slipped off.
