Need help for XP - Have had no luck with the new exe's....

I've just bought a new pc with xp and I've dowloaded the exe's from baz but still I can't get the game to work. all I get is sometimes a message saying "program too big too fit in memory"


any help would be greatly appreciated.

This could be due to a variety of problems that your computer has. Please tell me the specifications of your P.C. If you have low RAM (less than 128MB) then there is problem becoz XP uses a lot of RAM.

Another could be the program compatibility wizard in XP. Give it as much (about 4096kb) memory for running. Close other system try icons that you do not need... Tell me if it solves your problem.

Ok, I have a compaq presario, with 250 megs of ram and a 1.4 Ghz Amd........so I don't think that I should have any hardware problems if anything it might be some settings that need adjusting. This is a laptop and it has in a compaq twister graphic card (I think).

I will meddle with those settings you gave me.......

Nope, still no luck with this........I'm pretty much close to giving up. I guess I will have to start thinking about either getting rid of XP or have a look at Cricket 2k2 when it is released
