need help plz

hey guys my cricket revolution was fine on windows xp, last week i upgraded to windows 7 32bit, now the game has two problems
1.) i cant play the game properly as this wired graphics glitch appears

2) the steam overlay does not work in game[shift+tab], i need this badly cause i cant talk with friends till exit the game, nor see what they are playing

like i said earlier the game used to run fine on windows xp now on windows 7 i have these problems please help me out
