New Transparent Smileys

Those smileys, a) don't fit with the style of the current ones, b) don't add useful smileys that don't already exist and c) are all larger than necessary.
We are happy with the current set of smileys and don't see these being beneficial to the site. Smileys are not designed to replace words, rather supplement them.
The decision is no, but the smiley sub-committee of the Staff team will look into the situation at their next annual meeting.
