Penelope avatars got nice lighting on them, good job. The text ruins them though. Same for the second Dhawan one. The other Dhawan avatars have too much lighting on them though. Plus the stock placement on all of them could improve a lot.

I love LBR 2 avatar, looks good. LBR 4 would have look miles better if the text wasn't there. You're trying too much, trying to apply too many effects in one ava, just cut down the number off effects, and it should be better.

LeBron James5 is your best work, till date. Most of your works get ruin due to the text, so if you can't get right don't add it.Work more on the effects and for the text use simple fonts like Arial, try out different fonts and make a good choice of colour which goes with the flow of your work.
