Sterling one is really nice. That little bit lightning has done the job. Neymar's avatar is overdone. Your thread has crossed 25 pages, you got to avoid that now.

But neymar is overdone
I think hard lighting does not suit you
So try soft lights
and selective colours & gmaps

Control your lightning to a decent amount of touch to give it that glare look. Neymar one is just overdone, you can do better. Sterling's stock size could have been decreased.

Avatars seems little bit overdone but placement got right there.

In signature, overdone effects over hands part of the render. Again, I would say try avoiding that.
