Normalized skills of existing teams in offline multiplayer

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if its possible to normalize the skills of an existing teams, if I want to play offline multiplayer with a friend on one playstation. Or an idea of how to do it. In online multiplayer, this can be set. I also wrote this question on cricket 22, but I have both games. Thank you!
