looks like the game will be a benchmark for cricket games.

man, amazing screens......call it pre-rendered or whatever..........they are AMAZING.

The screens are good but could the game could do with shading (but sadly they do not have the proper technology).

It is a shame they still have that dive in, it got very monotonous when the batsman would hit it, fielder would throw it (with one of only a few animations) throw it, the batsman dives, third umpire and not out, it ruins the tension of the game, when the game could actually be very nice.

The screens do look brilliant though, the batsman seems to hold the bat properly AND also the sweep shot is great (if not slightly pictured too much )

The shame with BLIC was the awful repetitive physics of the shots, hopefully they can fix that.

The new feature in online mode where 8 players can spectate is simply great .But in 1 screenshot when the player is diving looks same like BLC 05 .So r they using same animations from BLC 05

From what I know, the game is being built off BLIC 05 but 90% of things will be changed. A lot of things have not been finished yet, so they will look a lot like BLIC 05 currently.

Remember, there is still just under 2 months of development before the game goes into bug testing.

Remember (once again), this is all speculation from what I have heard.

The screenshots certainly look amazing. I think most people will have their eyes set on BLIC 07 release after seeing that Cricket 07 hasnt improved at all.

Your right Hariz after playing Cricket 07 and knowing how crap it is this is really looking great i will get this first day out for my 360 cant wait for online, looking at all this makes me want to play BLIC 05 which at least had good annimation unlike 07 which everything is all seperate!

All I am hoping is that the online function will work well, and won't stagger during the play.

This is codemasters third biggest game franchise (at least) and online play is its main feature, so I expect it to be good.

one big thing ive noticed in the screenshots is that treskothic i think has gunne and moore batting pads and also the predator pads and the keeper has good looking pads and gloves looks great

This game really looks promising, having online play will be more than enough to get me to buy my first BLIC game.

Nice screens, and great promise. I hope it lives up to the hype though.
