Best Batsman
Mahela Jayawardene have been consistent from start who scored three 50s and a century in the final making him as the leading run scorer of the season with 557 runs in 11 matches at an average of 69.6
Best Bowler
Shane Watson who's rated as world's no.1 in the allrounder rankings picked 16 wickers which most of the season at a bowling average of 26.9
Best Wicket-Keeper Batsman
AB de Villiers who scored five 50s in the season, his highest score is 91. He helped his team at the right time and won many matches for them, scoring 50s while other batsmen fail.
Most Centuries and Highest Individual score
Bravo scored two centuries in the season which is the most. He holds the record of highest individual score too which 123 not out.
Best bowling figures
Steven Finn's 7/28 is the best bowling figures of the season which was the match-winning fifer in the group stage for Dragons
Highest batting strike-rate
Misbah-ul-Haq who had less opportunity this time got the highest strike rate. His highest score is 73.
Runners-Up
Gladiators who played fine cricket, they were considered as the best team in the group stage who've lost only a match remained top. Their luck turned down as they hand-overed the trophy to Predators. Hope they come-back strong and win the next season.
Winners
Predators who're considered as a fine allround team with Kallis, high-flying Brett Lee and many others proved themselves at the finals even while losing the first one, they came back strong on the other two matches and defeated the Gladiators at the other two matches. TheAuthor, the new manager of Gladiators spent many time in the drafts and was sure and confident of his team from the start who analysed much about the result. Some felt strange about his decision to play Haddin at 10, but his team somehow managed to win the season.
That's all the II edition of ORC. I was feeling great to manage it this season. Hope everyone enjoyed it much. Stay-tuned for further editions.
