Online

No way I'll be playing a test match ;) Probably the 20/20 if I can find some time and hopefully my ping is all good (not likely bloody Xtra!).

Being on Xtra I am sure we can do good pings between ourselves. I can only hope though.

So the PC version will be IP to IP only and will not run on a gaming server meaning its free but the xbox 360 will run on a server meaning its not?

You will most likely need an Xbox Live subscription to use online on 360

well so long as they dont limit which type of games you can play over LAN i dont care, i WOULD play a test vs my brothers, but not online

The thing i'm worrying about when going online is that my wireless connection has an awful habit of randomly disconnecting itself for about 4/5 minutes which means it'll be tricky to play anyone online.

We won't need that long ;)

What a comeback! Lol. :) Couldn't help but laugh.

But saving in test matches is a nice feature. I'm up for it :)

There are so saves after every over in online play  . I really think codies should implement that or atleast after one innings :mad .

In test matches also I am not sure. I just hope there are some save options :upray otherwise test matches is almost impossible to play :crying .

But no LAG please :onpc

Actually first rule of Online play, no save, game moves on just as life. Now leave it to that imo. You probably wouldn't understand as you may not have done online gaming. :onpc

Yes, I have only played racing games so far. But cricket games online and test matches, how without save options

Naa, save would be useless unless they can implement bots etc. which can continue playing for you while on a pee break :p

LOL... the good/bad thing about cricket is that it does take time so in PC even if they don't have chat option and support multitask yahoo or msn can come handy.

Codies have only said that tournaments can be saved after your match is over the progress can be saved. Otherwise playing ICC tournaments would not be possible.

Please excuse my ignorance...I am but a simple silver surfer...but will my grandchildren/great grandchildren be able to play online cricket games with PC users via their x-box console?
