OutSwing vs Seam pointing Slips

What is the difference between outswinger and seam delivery with seam pointing at slips [right hand pace bowler, to right hand batsman]?

When would you use which one?

Out swinger is ball swinging away from right hander and seam delivery point at slips is basically an inseaming delivery where the ball seam into the batsman depending on the angle of release and the runup you have selected..
