For example, here -

To get you up and running, we'll take a look at the default Cessna 172 in FS9 (aka FS2004) and try a quick repaint of it.

First you need to find the texture. The Cessna textures can be found in FS9 by looking in the FS9 main folder (which is in the Programs folder on the main C drive by default, listed under Microsoft Games). In the FS9 folder, you will find an Aircraft folder, and in there you will find the Cessna folder with all the stuff for that model. Among the folders, you should see one called Texture, and if you look in there you will find all the texture files for the default blue and white Cessna. Note that there are other texture folders, and these contain the other paint jobs for the Cessna.

In that Texture folder you should see a file called 'C172_T' and this is the one you want.

Here she is, did you want to pilot her instead of the 737? If so then that is not a problem at all, we can send the 737 back to Asia to run flights in the subcontinent.

Also guys, stop nominating the two senior pilots to deliver the aircraft! No one else will catch up in rank then, the whole point of delivery of the aircraft is to get new pilots more flight time. if you want you can go back and edit your votes. I won't tally them for at least 2 days.

Yep I would love her to fly around the capitals of Europe but I don't mind. Whatever suits the company best.

Just see this, I think it will work. Rename the attached .bmp file exactly as in texture folder of the aircraft with _T. See if it works.

Note - Texture is done by Pranav, I've just converted it into a suitable format.

Rename 'Try' file to 'b737_400_T' without '' and put in texture.x folder and replace it with the current one.

Really nice job there: if one were to be critical you would say it is a bit old fashioned looking but a brilliant job nonetheless and great to have a plane in PC colours.

yea both tail logos are sideways. hopefully that can be fixed before I add it into our company.

Pranav fixed the tail logo! and I just found out that I can repaint LS1 and it won't cost the company any money!

Ls1 is now PC1


I'd like anyone who follows this story to say thank you to Pranav and User, I have registered on atleast 4 flight sim forums and no one helped me out. I just happened to mention it to Pranav and he created this beauty!
