Week 1

Hello and welcome to Match 2 of Week 1. First match was played in the Story Forums Arena where it was a small ground and runs where flowing like water. But here we are to the Cricket Discussion Arena of PC and it's a completely different story. Batsman will struggle to make a good score here and it's going to be difficult more as the bowling machine will get some turn and bounce out of the track!!

We have seen pitches that turn produce a less result but what batsman have to do is play well in their allotted 40 balls. Before starting this match lets take a look at today's lineup.

1st Week's Match 2 Lineup (Based On Sign ups)

So nothing changed in the lineup and it's the same. I had a talk with Harshshah yesterday and he said that this matches might just be considered by different cricketing boards and it will be that in near future this guys play for their country. So it's really a great news for the Batsman out there. We have had two more signings for this competition as Mihir Doshi and Rahulkhush. They will start their career with PC from next week onwards. So now batsman are ready out there and so is the bowling machine, so let's check who scores how many runs out there.

Pitch Type : Poor​

So PC Batsman just scored 124 from 254 balls. As expected this pitch was a poor pitch and scoring runs was a bit difficult. Riz khan the highest run scorer of match one scored at a good rate but eventually fell on 23. Chetan looked solid in his 28 runs of 35 balls.

Harshshah nominated Chetan as the Batsman of Match 2 and let's see what they both have to say.

Harshshah- So Chetan got a well made 28 runs and intresting that first match 4 scoring 90's and now not even 1 scoring 30

Chetan - Ahh yes that was a pitch where bowl was coming nicely on to the bat and here it was difficult playing strokes. I still admired Riz's innings of 23 of just 13 balls on this difficult pitch scoring at this rate. He is really in great knick out there.

Harshshah- So just 4 runs difference between you and Riz.. Looking to get on top next match around?

Harsh, I read almost all the stories who I think will improve surely. I read this as well earlier but wasn't able to post. Don't worry, I'll be following this and hope you write it for your enjoyment and for fun rather than anything else.

so far its pretty good, but only two matches have been simmed, so cant really comment on it.

is going pretty good actually considering im no.1 in the rankings

Major Announcement​

PC Batsman of the week tour organizer Harshshah today announced that " Batsman who are working with PC have not just to prove themselves at this PC level but also at international level."

He added " I had a meeting with ICC president and he has agreed with Player's from PC playing for their country. They will need to be performing well there and from there on they will be selected for Domestic Season. I am glad our players have got international recognition and now the pressure builds up for performance."

Some other announcement were also made like Player's who will not score more 100 will serve a ban of 1 week from PC Batsman of Week Cricket Tournament. This will hurt players with respect with their international dream.

Other then playing cricket posting in this thread is also very important. The player with least post after each week might find himself getting injured.

So some tough news coming out for players.
