PCB angry on Latif's action

PCB chief Ramiz Raja is angry over Rashid Latif as he wrote down a letter to ICC and requested to abolish the rule of field restricitons for 1st 15 overs.
PCB however has'nt decided what actions will be taken against the Pakistani Captain
