Photoshop activation

Hi all. I have had Photoshop for a while now and as all of you know you have to avtivate it after 30 days. Now when I go to activate over the phone and call them and bla bla bla. The lady says to me sorry Activation failed. Can any1 help please.

If you have the valid key then they will activate your Photoshop. Also if you're using illegal one. Then they will not activate.
