We have Treva (me) playing 4 day matches,Azza playing 45 over matches,Surendar playing C&G matches and Culli playing Twenty 20 matches.

and then we will fill up all the spaces in a real team.

right we now have come up with an idea (me and W3lsh).
we will still vote for a selector.
he will be the chairman of selectors.
then once that member has been named he will vote for for 4 members in each competition to be in the panel of selectors.
the chairman will have the overall say on the team.
so please pm on your votes and nickname.
