I don't think there should be restrictions on team names. BTW the Mavericks logo also contain's of more than 13 letters.

Two suggestions

1. Make only four types of contracts & make te difference in ratings two points.

2. Let us keep players with random names instead so that we can tinker their roles to balance our sides.
