Just a PSA that I'm currently in the middle of totting everything up.

At the risk of being over-honest, I'm a little bit disappointed that a three-round draft has been so chaotic - I know it's a little different to usual, but making three valid picks under budget shouldn't have been too tricky.

There are also a couple of invalid picks which I will highlight in a moment.

All three of my career players bowl, so I can squeeze enough out of an all-rounder pack. It's an experiment!

Yes they do!

As you will see, all player lists (both in the squads and the freshly updated Player Pool page) are listed in batting order order.

If you put a player up the order to somewhere they're not comfortable, then it will effectively reduce their batting ability. If you move someone down the order, they are fine with it. This reflects how a batsman like Michael Hussey can move down the order and be just fine, but a player like Jason Roy can go up the order and be utterly garbage.

PCWS Pre-Season Competitions Announced

The Pre-Season competitions for the PlanetCricket World Series have been announced, in line with each team's stated objectives. They are: The Hambledon Revival - a first-class competition at the original home of first-class cricket; The Chalice - a two-legged home and away aggregate series, and The Challenge Cup - a limited overs triangular tournament.

All competitions will use the points systems employed for the regular season (which haven't actually been published yet, but it won't be long at all)​
