Problem with hardcore patch installation

I downloaded hardcore patch yesterday, which is comprises only on 3 conifg files.Is that patch entails these 3 files or I am unable to download it and it total size was only 6 kb .kindly let me know the reality.I am also having a problem in installing with wcexp .Can any one send me hardcore patch in my email and on which files it owerrites.thanks in advance

Yes the patch has only 3 files for three difficulty settings. You have downloaded it ok.

It doesnt ovrwrite any new files
