Problem with play.com

I placed an order with play.com (my first ever order with them) and at first the order kept saying 'account/payment' declined, so I phoned play.com and after several emails/phonecalls, it seems that the order has now gone through. However, earlier today, the order status said 'packing', now I've just checked again and it has gone to 'processing' (payment). Surely packing comes after processing? Has anyone else had this happen to them with play.com?

If that status doesn't say 'sent' pretty damn soon, play.com will be hearing from me again! I was sensible enough to 'test' the account with a cheap DVD, before splashing out ?26 on The Orange Box (which is what I want to get).

Hey Mate.

I order very regularly from Play.com and them and Processing doesn't mean waiting for payment.

All It means is that they are processing sending out the package. they don't pack it until they have received your payment.

And mate, don't worry, give it a week.
