I placed an order with play.com (my first ever order with them) and at first the order kept saying 'account/payment' declined, so I phoned play.com and after several emails/phonecalls, it seems that the order has now gone through. However, earlier today, the order status said 'packing', now I've just checked again and it has gone to 'processing' (payment). Surely packing comes after processing? Has anyone else had this happen to them with play.com?
If that status doesn't say 'sent' pretty damn soon, play.com will be hearing from me again! I was sensible enough to 'test' the account with a cheap DVD, before splashing out ?26 on The Orange Box (which is what I want to get).
