Ignoring the + signs , I came up with :

1st term : 2+3=8 >> 2 multiplied by (3+1)
2nd term : 3+7=27 >> 3 multiplied by (7+2)

Similarly , 1st digit multiplied by (2nd digit + nth term)

5th term : 6+7=72 >> 6 multiplied by (7+5)
6th term : 7+8=98 >> 7 multiplied by (8+6)

BTW , the question has nothing to do with pattern like 23 , 25 , 27 (what everyone is thinking) . It can be any number (1 , 43 ,28 , etc ......) . That's for fooling .

Just go simple . First multiply , then see if something clicks .
