wat do u mean by a stats patch?

A patch that updates all the players stats, perhaps?

But there isnt any stats in BLIC which is a dissapointment. Offcourse there is batting stats but nothing else.

There aren't many stats, but there are some there. When selecting your batsman or bowler, use the 'more' option (square on the PS2), you can find career averages and what type of batsman/bowler they are.

Do a search for Markv 's (without the 's) posts. He created some prog for recording your stats. Couldnt get it to work myself but you can check it out. He said it was work in progress but i havent seen him for months. Which raises several questions, but thats another story.

Yeah thats true about the "more" button but those are career stats that never change....im talking about series stats or things like that - knowing who scored the most runs, best bowler in a 5 test series etc....those are essential parts of cricket. Is this something that can be fixed by a patch? Im not clued up on all this at all so im just trying to figure it out

Unfortunately not. However, as The_gas said, there is a program made by Markv that apparently records stats etc. Have a search around for that.

I got a few questions here..

1) Spinners usually have a spinning seam not a straight one like in BLIC, is there anyway to edit the seam or motion of the ball?

2) Is there anyway to edit the players batting or bowling actions?

3) Is there anyway to change the sound of the stumps being hit? Like tick to tock?

4) Finally, is there anyway to change the commentary?

My God you want to change the best things of the game.

Just bowl short stuff with your fast bowlers and hit the batsman . You'll bowl lots of no balls, but as long as you have fielders on the leg side, boundaries will be minimal. After smashing the batsman with about 4 or 5 bouncers, york him! Either he'll be bowled, lbw, or c & b

i am really frustrated now .I was playing England v Australia in Aus and had a good start but when 4 wickets were gone Hayden and Katich are building a huge partnership .Please give me some tips to get this wicket :help

Youre lucky to have such realistic results when playing, to get them out bring on part timers and theyll slog out.

i get realistic results most of the time i play the game .Only time i got bad result was few weeks before .I was PLaying Eng v S.L. and i was England and i got S.L. out for 105 and 80 and i won by innings and 100 runs . But all other matches i get realistic results CPU get 300-350 runs every time in test and the match goes on till 4-5 days also in ODI's CPU scores 250 -280 each time .I play on County Level each time. Also CPU never created such a huge partnership and no one scored over 100 but all the time i was playing on home ground and only this time i am playing on away ground so the Aussies must be playing well .Also in his innings of 180 he took nearly 20-25 singles and it took him 270 balls which is realistic in tests .Also I don't get Black and White classic matches but i get then as coloured .Something strange happening with the game .Strange but realistic
