Hello and welcome to the RBS Scottish Cup, a small 50 over tournament that I'm running because I've got very little else to do, and I like Associate tournaments :p. Anyway, the gist of this tournament is to pick Scottish players to perform alongside overseas stars from the world of Associate cricket in a short, sharp and exciting one-day tournament. The three teams are:

Points System

The league stage of the RBS Scottish Cup will be run on a points system, as you would expect. The points are to be awarded as follows:

Result Points
Win --- 6 points
Tie/NR --- 3 points
Loss --- 0 points

First Innings Bonus Points

Batting:
200 runs - 1 point
225 runs - 2 points
250 runs - 3 points
275 runs - 4 points

Bowling:
3 wickets - 1 point
5 wickets - 2 points
7 wickets - 3 points
9 wickets - 4 points

As you would expect, there are a number of Scottish players to choose from - 27 in fact. There will eventually be nine signed to each team, so none of them will miss out.

Puneeth can have Edinburgh, but I'll hold out for the other two because Farhan has no knowledge of who'd be a good player and Venk got the team name wrong. You're not out of the reckoning, I'm just going to wait for a little more interest.

Okay, then Mahaminul, you've always been reliable. You're in.

Oh, and I finally found a DOSBox guide I can get my head around, so Cricksim is back online! Say hello to a fifty over comp, guys!
