Played for a good 5 or so hours just then. Getting close to finishing the main story I think. Not sure though tbh

What % of game completion are you on Matt?

Like 55-60% but I've completed Mexico. Not sure if there is too much more in the main story after it so yeah, I could be close or I could still be far. But the total game completition adds bountys, strangers etc so there would be a lot of % with that.

One thing I will to share with you guys. To really enjoy this game, the best thing is to turn the auto aim off and play it on expert mode. Otherwise the game is too damn easy. Auto Aim is needed only when one has to shoot on horse back. On Normal target mode, the game offers no challenge at all. I have been playing on expert mode (on foot) ever since I completed first three or four missions.

is there a way to turn off the red x's that come up? ever since that happened I hate using dead eye, it just kills everything. Also its indiscriminate, ive killed many hostages by accident cause the red x's show up automatically

Sounds like Call of Juarez with what you are describing. I am fairly sure that was the game where you went into bullet-time... the game went in super-slow mo and you moved your mouse across all of the bandits and then it would shoot them all instantly when the game got back into full speed.

Perhaps a bit of a copy of that? Who knows. Red Dead sure sounds interesting, though.

You have to press right tab for red x to appear. It does not appear automatically.

No, they automatically appear at the start. Once you get like level 3/3 in dead eye you press when you want the x's

I know if you cheat in Poker you have to duel. I found that out


The X's aren't automatic all the time; but I get caught out when they aren't haha.
