Hi everyone,
The game has cool graphics and stuff but with gameplay there are couple of problems. One, you can play at unrealistic shot selections and run rate due to power boost button. I am not sure how it will be in full version.
But if it can give you selection to make it on and off before the game, it will be more realistic. Or it may just regulate by itself.
For example, for 50 overs game the power boost will be only effective in last 10 overs for slogging. Or may be available thourgh out the game but with more room for error and inaccuracy in timing.
I am not sure if ps2 version has slog on/off facility as with blc.
Second, AI is dodgy. When it is chasing it doesnt make a gameplan.
What I mean by that is, with which player it is going to be attacking and at what point it will be defencive. There is no coordination.
Give your suggestions. Or can any of programming guru can make such patch???
thx

Yeah i agree, I had the PS2 version and found that when i scored like 270+ in a knockout/semi final/finals match i expected the cpu batsmen to smash it around - players like Ghilchrist etc, but they usually are either defensive or attacking till the 9th over then block like they are playing a test match. They get to about 160 required from the 15 overs and have a smash again and usually fall 80-90 runs short..i dont find that realistic, hopefully rectified in the next verison.
