That link I gave was the link to 'show' the file. You have to click on the link and click 'Get linking codes'. Then chose 'Hotlink for Forums 1' and paste that one.

EDIT: lol, i don't mind Bilal but the link you gave doesn't work either Here is the correct link, just take out the spaces in the IMG tag:
