Yeah, they lost but they won first innings, so it's not as bad as an outright loss. That's what I understood of Dean's point system, but I may be confusing something.

Yeah, first innings wins are based on completed innings and whoever has scored more.

Sort of, we lost outright but we won the first innings so we get 2 points anyway. It's sort of a separate thing that they do, but I'm happy for you to continue doing it the way you are, it makes more sense anyway.

Again, how come the bottom two teams in OD's who have won no games, have points? What is the criteria for those "free points" in the OD's?
