The Main thing is that Sehwag is trying to be like Punter and yeah I am sure he's gonna fail in that for sure

Sehwag is Sehwag. When Indian are in a tight or bad situation, Sehwag is never reluctant to play his shots, He plays his own game, and I'm telling you, nowadays he succeeds in it greatly. Punter isn't really the sort of guy who would continue to go after the bowler when the Team has already lost a few wickets.

Yeah Punter always play for the team , not sure if I can say the samething about Mr. FIGJAM

Whatever you call Sehwag, he's the second best opening batsman in the world and no body can take that away from him (Apart from Dinesh Karthik of course :p).

We don't expect Sehwag to hit 309 every single time. But lately, he's been super consistent in this test format playing his own natural game. And even if he fails, we have the strongest middle order in the world to back him up.

Sehwag is a sook. Like punter siad not one player of the Australian squad mentioned it when the same thing happened to us.

Mr. Figjam? Really, you shouldn't be associating persons of your imagination with the game.

Honestly, it's Ponting's fault that he claimed it was his team's brilliance that got them over the line in Sydney when it was clearly a lack of subsistence from the umpires.

Atleast punter is talking about this series (when he was talking bout Fab4) , really what was the point of talking about something that happened 6 months ago ?

Anyway FIGJAM can say anything he wants , its really not gonna hurt us in any way. But what punter did today , there is no better way to send a message.....

The initial post makes no original comment whatsoever and really only a handful of posters have given this thread any substance, which could just as easily have been posted in the tour thread. This is just begging for flames, so ashes to ashes. :cheers
