Baked a soda bread today. Smelled like cake and tasted delicious.

Made homemade battered fish for the first time. A resounding success. Probably not totally healthy though.


Today I attempted buttermilk biscuits. Also, not completely healthy but seems versatile as to what they can be eaten with.

Attempted some chocolate chip and walnut buttermilk cookies. Don't really look like cookies but taste lovely.
