I tried making a Ruldoph face to start with,and although it isnt exactly great I thought Id post it anyway.

I have a small question.To change my players head shape,do I just need to use the template as base of the player whose head I want or is it some other procedure?

Nice try Siddo, to use another head shape just import your edited texture into the head file number you want to use. You can also use the same head file's texture to get it aligned onto the face.

That looks great, BLIC faces are extremely hard as you cant change the head model or uv mapping.
