While I don't want to go down the path of the strict enforcement we've had in the past, the sig rules are very simple and many users are not following them.
If you want more than one line of text in your sig, you need to either remove the signature picture, or make it 20 pixels shorter in height for every additional line added.
Many people are filling their sig space up with links to 2 or 3 threads of theirs, a credit to whoever made their sig and in some cases large quotes.
Just spending a few seconds looking at what you have there and you can cut it down. Instead of a credit to a sig maker, get them to put that on the image if they want to be credited, then put all the links on one line, just saying in short words what it is, rather than a whole line.
