Site loading times

I personally haven't had any issues with load times (except the scheduled maintenance window around 10:30am IST). But let's try to dig deeper.

(a) When did this first start occurring?
(b) Timestamps if possible (eg: usually around a fixed time or random)
(c) Does it always happen at the same provided timestamps?
(d) How long does the site remain unavailable (eg: for a few seconds, minutes, hours)

a. Since a week or ten days at Max
b. Random
c. Random
d. Ranges from 15 secs to 1 minute. It only happens when I try to load for first time between the day. Once the page is loaded, surfing the forum is quick and lag free post the first load up.
