slowest bowler

Hi, i was just wondering who is the slowest opening bowler, and which team does he play 4??

Depends. Murali has opened the bowling for Sri Lanka a few times and Giles did the same for England in India recently. I think Vetorri has opened for New Zealand too.

I don't think this question can be answered really. Even Brett Lee sometimes bowls slower balls under 70 mph.

My guess the slowest, regualar, test match opening bowler when bowling at his own speed, would play for Bangladesh.

I thought we were talking Test Match bowlers. But if we're talking teams in the World Cup its still Bangladesh.

If we're talking any national team, then it's impossible to say. I mean I've never seen Frances opening bowlers.

No-ones mentioned doug hondo, he bowls usually 115kmh - 125kmh. I dont know how much the Bangladeshi openers bowl though
