I thought of starting this a whle back but didn't, I think it will be great for some intriguing discussion with the huge array of backgrounds on here.

Got my own home made Spaghetti Bolognese tonight. Nice'n'Easy, takes about 40 minutes including prep work.

Had a family speciality last night with Chicken and Cheese, Chips and peas.

Left over chicken from the Sunday roast, and put cheese on the top and grill it, nice and simple.

I'm a Uni student so the microwave is my cooking/preparation. Done in under 2 minutes. Superb I say! :)

Been having some Indian takeaways lately, their Onion Bhajis are great, so much difference between them and the ones from the Supermarkets.

Had Pork the other day, forgotten the name of what it was in though.
Was in a Tomato, Capsicum and Onion sauce.

I have been doing Food Technology twice a week at school this term. The first lesson on Monday lasts for fifty minutes where we find out what we are going to cook and what ingredients to use. Our second lesson is on Wednesday and lasts for one hour and forty-five minutes. This is where we cook what we planned on Monday. Today I made Pizza. Made a thin crust myself because I don't like the rising ones, and just added tomato puree, tomatos, onions and cheese. It was eaten before I got home tonight, so I will never know how it tasted!

Well the place I normally get it from has been open for over 20+ years.

Baungur Karai - Had that last time it was really nice.

I tried Lasuni Beef too, that was quite nice.

Do you know what a Sag Gosht Balti is?

yup that'd be tender lamb peices cooked in thick Spinach sauce with a bit of vegetables thrown in. Haven't heard this name before but I can make out the meaning as I've been working in an Indian restaurant for last 3 years.
We actually have a better dish, its Lamb with mint and spinach sauce with some herbs simply put and only our place has it in whole Wellington. An instant hit for us so far.:D
