Whatever I copy to any pendrive from my desktop it stays there as a shortcut.
I can open them after clicking the shortcut but don't know why they are showing me as a shortcut.

It's a virus. I have faced this issue before.
Used AVG antivirus to solve it.

I am facing a problem..

Its some sort of Trojan. Just install a trail version of Avast AV. Scan your pendrive and you will have all the files back into your pendrive in a folder.

I recommend Kaspersky AV & I'm using it since 8 years. Its working just fine and my computer is completely protected.

I've been having problems with Chrome recently. While loading pages, it suddenly stops, and then starts loading again. Then, it either takes ages to load the page, or it shows errors like this
or other errors like "no Internet connection available" and "the connection has been reset". I'm sure my broadband is not a problem, as it works perfectly with my mobile.
Would be glad if anyone can help.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies and reset your browser?
