First off that's a scientific term, if that offends you then it's a real shame because most people aren't that conservative with the word. Secondly, it was in our team thread, and was a joke of course.

You sent us the money to sponsor us, and never made it clear of that term. You should make it clearer next time. The definition of a sponsorship is to contribute money to an organisation to support them. Whilst I would have happily used the name in the future after you'd asked us to, this lawsuit has forced me to focus on the lack of specifics regarding our sponsorship. You can change our name but you can't force us to use the full name every time.

I've said it before - I only want it in official announcements, I know it's tough to use it all the time but any type of announcement and it should be there.

Dean, i'd advise you send this money back. Kshitiz, you won't be granted access to any more sponsorships, the ones you have are the only ones you'll have.

Kshitiz, let me know when he's sent it back, Dean please do the same so i know its finalised.

Dean, as you can post in closed threads, could you use the full title in annoucements, and i'm sure the match thread opener will use it in the match threads, possibly me, Trev or Rhys.

Well I've decided to end the sponsorship agreement, by returning the money given to me in full. This was against my lawyer's wishes, who felt that I should only return half of the sum, but I disagreed and as a result, our differences have led to us breaking up.
