Squad Manager beta

I thought I'd better produce a download for BLIC07 that actually worked so here is a squad manager to allow you to expand the demo fairly easily.
The main limitation of the demo is that there are only 22 faces and the game will crash if you use a face not in the bag file.

ALL FACES IN RED ARE NOT IN THE GAME. CHANGE THEM TO ONE THAT IS

How to use the manager

1. The two list boxes at the bottom tell you who will take the field in the demo.

2. If a box is red and an error message is displayed then you need to change the player faces.

3. If both teams are white then you should be able to play the match without the game crashing.

4. You can import and export teams and players.

Obviously this won't change the kits. Please backup as chances are plenty of you will find ways to make this crash your game...

Here are a list of faces to change to:
Strauss - 445
Bell - 318
Pietersen - 427
Flintoff - 351
Yardy - 470
Collingwood - 277
Dalrymple - 280
Read - 433
Mahmood - 17
Harmison - 364
Anderson - 314
Gilchrist - 281
Watson - 463
Ponting - 429
Martyn - 410
Symonds - 127
Clarke - 276
Hussey - 380
Hogg - 376
Lee - 398
Bracken - 273
McGrath - 415

I've also done a Scotland teamfile with existing faces in case anyone fancies playing for or against Scotland. If people can make up the other international teams and post them here then we can play as any team in the demo.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
