For the first one, it's filled with text and is in need of brightness, Bell's no dark-sided man. 
or For the Cena-Orton one, it's clearly visible that Orton's rener is a bit darker than Cena's which reduces the quality, I believe that a simple render-flare (or lightning) would have done the trick. The CR7 one is now looking great but now in the new version the red looks much intensified, was okay in the previous version. The last Bell one looks too simple, it needs much more effects and vibrance needs to be played with a lot as well. That sort of avatars don't look good without a text so I suggest you to have a simple text in such avatars (where a part of render is the focal). Keep it up mate.

Looks nice and clean. For the avatar, well there's nothing to be improved as it's a logo avatar and the matching background color is looking nice. Same goes for the signature but I believe you could have worked more in the borders, could have tried new styles or some patterns or for example, see your Sachin siggy. Text is meeting the demands as it's nice, simple and clean. Good thing that you didn't overdo it because many people see simple stuff and try overdoing 'em. You're improving at a good steady rate and keep up the cool works.

The stocks look LQ mate. You want some good HQ stocks then visit ESPN cricinfo or Zimbio.com. In the first render, that white line under the bat is clearly visible. No any other flaw there. The second render is neatly done and I'm very happy to see that. Keep up the great work mate you're improving.
