It's not as glamorous a job as you think. Surely you have access to new stuff, but you have deal with everything as well. And the forum can be an eyesore at times with all the spam and deleted threads you invariably see.

I have a simple solution to eyesores: ban everything and anything.....

staff members see every thread and post deleted so some forums and threads look quite cluttered.

Also I agree with @User2010
