Street Fighter 2 For The Pc

I'm unable to get past the intro videos in the version the_gas posted. Is there a key I need to press to get to the menu?

Heh, to be honest guys, i downloaded the emulator, the games, and placed them all in one folder, zipped it up, and uploaded it to my rapidshare account. Thought it would save you a lot of work.

About the sounds kev, here is the very original, and the championship editions for you. Just place them in the roms folder that i created within the snes folder.
I liked all of them, i played the original and championship editions to death on the mega drive, so i was excited and ejoyed Super Street Fighter when it came out with new sounds etc. Anyway, i can understand how you feel so ill attach those versions to this post.

Tip to improve graphics.

Option>Display Configuration

Select the highest Res your monitor can run.
Stretch Image
Untick Maintain Aspect Ratio
Tick Hi Res

Output Image Processing.
Play about with these to enable different forms of image quality.
A quick investigation by me found Super2xsal + Hi Res 2x to be quite good.
Oh and obviously tick full screen.

Looks great at 1680x1050 widescreen.

Any probs, give us a shout, though its all pretty self explanatory.

P.S Mortal Kombat 1 and 2 are included with the original upload to if anyone noticed.

ken and Ryu's moves are

Down + Right/Left And any Punch Button for the Ha-do-ken
Down + Right/Left + Down For the Dragon Punch
Down + Backwards Left/Right Plus Any Kick for the Spinning Kick.

Here are the full moves for every character for Super Street Fighter 2, not all of these moves will work in the original, for example Chun Li's Fireball, or Ken/Ryu's mid air Spinning kick etc.

I can play in full screen, but if I actually tick full screen on the menu (so the Windows border disappears), the game crashes. Have you any idea why that's happening? Also, In MK 2, the blood is green, is there a way to change it back to red?

No idea dude, likely a graphic driver issue, what model is your graphics card and which driver version are you running?

About Mortal Kombat, no idea.

An excellent plan, with only 2 flaws........

Firstly, I don't own an xbox360

and secondly, I don't own an xbox360.

I know this is technically only one flaw, but it's such a big one, I thought I'd mention it twice

Thanks for posting those other versions, Gas! It's great to have the very first Streetfighter 2 game back again (I never owned the Snes version, I had the inferior Amiga version).
