Switch community scenarios

Hi sorry I'm new to this game and was just wondering when I go to the scenarios section, only the big ant challenges are available and the others are locked, can anybody help as I would like to see community challenges. Do I need to sign up to nintendo online? Thank you

The community scenarios section is where scenarios you download will go once you get them. Go to the Community tab in the Academy and select Scenarios to download community challenges.

If you have the latest patch this won't require Nintendo online.
