I've been using UC Browser in my PC recently and it is so brilliantly good. Now it became my default browser, I removed Opera after almost two and half years. Thanks for your services, Opera. Opera had no crashes and bugs throughout all my experience with it. But, UC is just so amazing for browsing. It's like a swift. I'd advise, everyone should test out UC.

As i know we can't add extra graphics card to All-in-one PC. But can we add another CPU with better processor and graphics card and use it like just a monitor?

Tried but lacks the simplicity, I liked some features though. I will be using it for some days and see how it turns out in usability.

Most external graphics cards require an expensive enclosure to use them in and generally connect to a computer via a thunderbolt connector

Ok another dumb question.
But can we use a TV as a monitor?
CPU connecting to a TV with HDMI cable.
Is it possible?
and is it gonna work fine?

If your TV and CPU have an HDMI port, sure, it will work.
There are other types of ports too like VGA and DVI.

And it will work but you may have to do some change in screen resolution. If the screen looks stretched, or part of the screen seems cut off, you need to adjust the screen resolution.

I sometimes play DBC connected to a TV.

Yes TV has HDMI port. So as GT 730.
So i can connect them. No need to buy a monitor.

Ya, you can connect them. It's upto you to buy a monitor or use a TV. I personally prefer monitor if it is for a long run. Televisions generally are not built to be in close proximity.
