I think this is slow but i am not sure.
Bare in mind, i live in a very small village 30 houses or so, in the middle of nowhere. Heres an example, we can get broadband but a house 200yards down the road cant lol

It used to be fast until my ISP found out it wasn't supposed to be that fast.


If you divide the speed by 8 and you'll get your KB per second download rate.

What does 363ms mean? is it better to be lower in that?

I did mine again on the same server and everything and it was like 100 mp/s more on upload and download. Wierd.

The 365ms is the latency or the amount of time it takes a packet of data to be sent by one application (or machine), travel and be received by another.

The lower the number the better but the distance plays a part, e.g. Europe to Europe will be quicker than Europe to the US.
